1. Nature of Services: Coaching vs. Therapy
My services are strictly limited to life coaching. Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical treatment, or legal advice.

I do not diagnose mental health conditions, provide psychological treatment, or prescribe medication.

Coaching services are not intended to replace therapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare services.

No therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship is created through the use of this website or the provision of coaching services.
2. Eligibility
By using this website and my services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Fees: The standard session fee is $75 per session, payable prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late Fees: Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $45 late fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including blog posts, downloadable resources, proprietary frameworks, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Olga D. Sanchez. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: Coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on the client’s commitment, honesty, and willingness to take action.

Responsibility: Clients are fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after coaching sessions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Note: Upon booking an initial consultation, clients will be required to sign a formal Informed Consent Agreement specific to their coaching engagement, which provides further detail on confidentiality, boundaries, and emergency protocols.
