My Journey

Clinical Foundations
Leadership in Mental Wellness

My career is built on a decade of deep clinical engagement and organizational leadership. Before establishing my current practice in North Texas, I served as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Administrator in Utah, where I managed large-scale juvenile justice and forensic programs. This period was instrumental in refining my "Clinical-Informed Life Coach" methodology, learning to manage complex clinical cases while supervising the systems that support them. Whether operating a private practice in downtown Salt Lake City or leading state-wide initiatives, my focus has always been on creating structured environments where sustainable change is possible.

Clarity in the Midst of Crisis

A defining chapter of my life took place in El Paso, Texas, where I served as a Police Detective in the Homicide and Crimes Against Children units. This role demanded an extraordinary level of mental stamina and the ability to find clarity in the most high-stakes environments imaginable. Having conducted over 1,000 forensic interviews with victims, witnesses, and offenders, I gained a unique, first-hand perspective on the resilience of the human spirit. This experience allows me to offer my coaching clients a level of "street-tested" wisdom that most traditional coaches simply cannot replicate.

My Academic & Holistic Core
The Mind-Body Connection

Beyond the clinical and forensic space, my approach is grounded in the science of human development and education. As a former Gifted and Talented educator and a higher education instructor for over six years, I view growth as a structured, pedagogical process. My academic background, including a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Kinesiology, allows me to bridge the gap between mental clarity and physical vitality. By integrating trauma-informed techniques with a deep understanding of how the mind and body move together, I empower my clients to build a life that is as resilient as it is fulfilling.
